Becky Delgado- I have been in the business in 1993 I have working in Escrow, finance and Mortgage lending. I am on the Board for Finally Home 1st time Homebuyers. I am an active volunteer for Finally Home 1st time homebuyers seminars.

With Bank of American Home Loans I am the FHA 203k Specialist and I am Neighborhood Lending Certified.

I will be presenting a short seminar on "Buying a Bank Owned Home or that Fixer Upper with an FHA203k loan."
